Balance blood sugar. Steady your energy. Have fewer cravings.
Are you tired of being on a metabolic roller coaster with weird energy drops, afternoon crashes, constant cravings, and feeling “hangry” after having just eaten? Your blood sugar and insulin resistance could be driving that chaos.
Insulin resistance is when your cells don’t respond as efficiently to digesting sugars (glucose), so your body may need more insulin to move sugars into cells to burn as fat (or energy). Over time, that can show up as post-meal crashes, stubborn cravings, and feeling like your metabolism is fighting against you. NAT-FORMIN is designed to support insulin sensitivity and healthy glucose metabolism to help your body use sugar more effectively and support steadier energy and better balance throughout the day.

What does NAT-FORMIN do?
IGNITE: Berberine HCL
Berberine HCL is a plant alkaloid widely studied in metabolic research for its effects on AMPK signaling, also known as AMP-activated protein kinase. AMPK helps regulate how the body handles glucose and fat metabolism when energy demand changes. In several studies, berberine has been shown to activate AMPK, which is one reason it supports sugar (glucose) utilization and insulin sensitivity. Studies also show that it can turn down fat creation, turn up fat burning (oxidation) and support overall energy balance.
CONTROL: Gymnema Sylvestre
Gymnema Sylvestre is famous for containing gymnemic acids, which studies have shown to inhibit the human sweet taste receptor complex T1R2/T1R3. In other words, they can temporarily reduce sweet taste perception by interacting with the receptors. They’ve also been studied for inhibiting SGLT1, a sodium-dependent glucose transporter which can reduce or slow the rate at which glucose is absorbed from the intestine. This is why gymnema is often used for craving support and post-meal balance.
ACTIVATE: Ceylon Cinnamon
Ceylon Cinnamon is rich in polyphenols that have been studied for their ability to support insulin signaling. In mechanistic research, cinnamon extracts have been shown to enhance key steps in that signaling process, including insulin receptor and IRS-1 phosphorylation, and to support downstream pathways linked to GLUT4 glucose transport, which is one of the main ways cells increase glucose uptake after meals. That's why cinnamon can increase post-meal stability and support healthier glucose handling and metabolic balance.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I have insulin resistance?
Commonly manifested as symptoms like:
- Fatigue
- Increased hunger
- Weight issues
- High blood sugar
It is associated with conditions like
- PCOS
- Diabetes
- Metabolic syndrome
What is insulin resistance?
Insulin resistance happens when the body’s cells don’t respond as well to insulin, so the body may need to make more insulin to help move glucose into cells for energy. Over time, this may contribute to higher blood sugar, make weight harder to manage, and increase the risk of prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.
What causes insulin resistance?
Several factors can cause insulin resistance including:
- Poor diet (high in processed foods or sugar)
- Lack of physical activity
- Hormonal Disorders, such as PCOS
How long until I notice a change?
Some people notice changes quickly, while others prefer giving it a few weeks of consistent use.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Most likely, yes, but if you’re on medication or have a health condition, please check with your healthcare professional.
